We will not be able to legally accept the device if it is barred by the network or reported as stolen or lost.
Please only send us the device. We will not be able to send back the original box or accessories if they are included in the package.
If you are choosing the ‘poor’ option, the iPhone 15 Pro Max must not have more than two of the major faults. More than this number will affect our final quote.
