Faulty Condition

• The Device has to power up / show sign of life / Turn on
• Major software/hardware issues i.e.
• The phone freezes, crashes regularly
• If Face ID doesn’t work (if applicable )
• Phone sensors are not working (i.e. proximity, accelerometer, GPS)

• If ink is disbursed or colored lines also green screen is showing on the front screen this is accepted
• Physical damage is also accepted, such as a broken back case or a crack in the front screen glass.
• Faulty screen, casing or rear glass (including cracks, discoloration, dead spots, pressure marks and damaged pixels of the lcd or led screen)
• IMPORTANT: We cannot buy your phone if it is missing components, crushed, doesn’t turn on, water damaged & has no home button / no Touch ID / or it has been attempted to have been repaired prior.
