How the contract is initiated between you (the seller) and us 247greengadgets.co.uk (the purchaser)
247greengadgets.co.uk is anticipated for use by people registered with us and who of which reside in Great Britain and Northern Ireland. At our entire discretion we may accept or reject orders from customers creating a sell order outside of these territories.
Your contract with us will be created when we receive your sell order you have created. It will include these terms and conditions and our terms of use of 247greengadgets.co.uk. Please see on the “How It Works” information for more clarification, or alternatively you can message us, via DM on instagram or you have email us on info@247greengadgets.co.uk
You must own all privileges, designation and interests in any phone(s) and/or devices (inc. Tablets and Laptops) that you send to us.
Ownership of the device(s) or products you send to us will pass to us when we take delivery of them, in accordance with these terms and conditions, and we have dispatched payment to you, when, hence, a contract will be created.
The contract created between you and us is binding on you and us also and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
The Initial quote is not guaranteed, prices are subject to change dependent on actual condition of phone, we receive them in, please kindly refer to the condition guides.
You may cancel the contract with us at any time up to the time when you send us the device (“cooling-off period”), as long as:
* the contract was negotiated and completed completely by means of distance communication (including, but not limited to, telephone, letter, instagram DM or email); and
* you are a ordinary person acting outside the purposes of any business.
When cancelling during the cooling-off period, you need not give us any reason for cancelling the contract, nor will you have to pay any administration charges.
To cancel the contract you must notify us in writing.
Other than if the device does not meet our terms and conditions (see below), this contract cannot be cancelled after you have sent your device(s) to us (outside the “cooling-off period”).
If your device has an iCloud lock or find my phone, your payment will only be made the same day your iCloud has been removed and confirmed that it has been removed by us, please also kindly note if your device does not turn on and after 1 month of no contact from either party this device will be recycled of.
If your device arrives to our office with an LCD/screen issue or a phone not turning on, we can only pay you until we have sorted this issue out.
Please note and be conscious that the faulty section only allows a maximum of 2 faults, if your device has multiple issues you will be given a revised quote.
Please also that note once we receive all devices they are tested fully for their functions and conditions before payment is made to ensure that the device is as described by the conditions be accept it in. If the device isn’t as described we will make a revised amount.
Please note if your battery health is below 80% this is then deemed to be a bad battery which we will have to then replace which will effect in a revised amount.
Once you create a sell order and when we quote you for your device / product, please be aware that the quote is a payment of up to the amount you was quoted, this is subjective dependent on if your device has more issues that need to be repaired.
PLEASE KINDLY ENSURE THAT YOU ARE CONTENT TO SEND THE DEVICE(S) TO US AND THAT IT IS WITHIN YOUR COMPLETE RIGHTS TO DO SO.
Consumers
By creating a sell order through our site 247greengadgets.co.uk , you guarantee that:
* You are resident and reside in Great Britain or Northern Ireland; and
* You are accessing our site from that country; and
* You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
* You are at least 18 years old; or
* If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your device to us for the sum indicated via our website or what we have confirmed via our DM on instagram.
You and your parents or guardians discharge us of any liabilities or claims that may arise if you send the device to us in breach of this condition.
If you deal as a consumer any terms of this contract which is of no effect to a consumer shall not apply. Your statutory rights are not affected by this contract.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “consumer” means an individual who neither makes this contract in the course of a business, nor holds himself out as doing so, as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Businesses
By placing an order through our site, you guarantee that:
* You are authorized to act on behalf of the registered business; and
* You are based in Great Britain or Northern Ireland; and
* You are accessing our site from that country; and
* You are lawfully capable of entering into a binding contract.
Devices
Each device (inc. Tablets, phones and Laptops) sold should match the make and model in the sale order and meet the following conditions:
Good
* No Scratches or marks seen on device
* No cracks, dents, scuffs, missing paint, pressure marks, screen burn or dead pixels
* Handset powers on and is fully functional
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all functions are correct
* No liquid damage ie water damage
* Battery health is a minimum of 80%
* Where applicable stylus pens must be included
* Handset is a UK model with original software that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted in anyway, icloud and any Samsung or google accounts removed.
* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return these back to you.
Poor
* No More than 3 extremely light scratches on the screen
* No More than 5 scratches on housing and camera surround or scratches that can be seen from 30cms away
* Sliight dents, scuffs or missing paint
* Handset powers on and is fully functional
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC all function correctly
* No liquid damage i.e water damage
* Battery health is a minimum of 80%
* Where valid stylus pen must be included
* Handset is a UK model with original software that has not been modified, jail broken or rooted in anyway, icloud and any Samsung or google accounts removed.
* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return these back to you.
Faulty
Faults include but are not limited to:
* Physical damage to the device (cracks, pressure marks, screen burn, bent, engravings, pixel discoloration or dead pixels, or back glass is broken.
* Display has deep scratches that can be felt, chips or cracked glass, or back glass is broken.
* Must only include a Max of two faults else quote will be revised
* Dust under screen and/or on camera lens
* Screen has lifted or is poorly fitted
* Dust under camera
* Handset or device is not fully functional
* Device does not charge, freezes or is stick in a loop
* Home button, Touch ID, Face ID and NFC do not function correctly
* Home button is cracked or damaged
* Power button is stiff, cracked or damaged
* Faulty mute button
* Spots on or faulty camera
* Telephoto lens fault
* Quiet microphone or earpiece
* No service or signal or poor signal
* Faulty proximity sensor
* Accelerometer
* Device Overheats or has a swollen battery
* Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth fault
* Signs of liquid damage
* Battery health is less than 80%
* Where applicable stylus pen is missing
* Handset is a non-UK or UK model, software has been modified, jail broken or rooted
* If we are unable to wipe your device or remove any data(e.g., due to non-power up etc.) we may be able to recycle your device but unfortunately, we will may not be able to offer any price agreed.
* We cannot buy your Handset if it is Barred; FMI or account locked; has been tampered with or is missing internal components
* PLEASE DO NOT SEND accessories or the original box as we will not be able to return these back to you.
